Our aim at Bay House is that every learner makes better than expected progress and enjoys and engages in a rich, diverse and challenging learning experience. This is supported through the sustained modelling of our ethos, values and expectations where we have a culture of strong behaviour for learning, intrinsic reward and embedded ‘Foundations for Learning.’
We are proud of the exceptional young people who make up the Bay House community, for the youngsters that they are when they arrive with us in Year 7, through to the successful, achieving young adults that they become as a result of their time at Bay House. The strong partnership between home and school, and the dedication and commitment of our team of well qualified and skilled staff provide the experience that enables our young people to achieve beyond what they might have previously thought possible. Our exceptional examination results at GCSE and A level are further evidence of this.
